Recap of Food/Fitness for Monday, March 1, 2010:

I'm going to start doing a brief, food & fitness recap each day for myself.  I think this will help me in two ways: 

#1.  So that I have an easy way to go back and do a quick review for myself of what I ate over the week, what kind of fitness I worked in, and how I incorporated balance and wellbeing in my life.

#2.  When I don't have time to post indepth info about my eating and fitness for the day, I can still do a quick recap.

So, here goes my F/F recap for Monday, March 1, 2010:

*** Rest Day from Main Workout

5:00AM, Vlad walk, 30 minutes

7:00AM, Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs, whole wheat english muffin w/ Smart Balance spread, small glass of orange juice (Trop 50)

10:00AM, Morning Snack:  banana, Fiber One yogurt cup

12:00PM, Lunch:  small bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, almond milk, handful of grapes, one dark chocolate

3:00PM, Afternoon Snack:  one honey crisp apple

4:30PM, Chiropractor appointment - back adjustment (ahhhh)

5:00PM, Vlad Walk, 30 minutes (I so needed a walk, and Vlad did too!  I didn't get a lunch time walk in, AND it turned out to be a paper pushing type day at work so I sat a lot of the day.  Plus, it was so beautiful outside!)

6:15PM, Dinner:  Thin crust pizza with mozzarella and lean ground beef, steamed broccoli

7:15PM, Coffee break, 1 tall Starbucks light roast, black

7:30PM, Shadira japanese drum concert!

10:30PM, Bed time!
