Today I had a big salad for lunch (Carl even made the comment... "That is a BIG salad you have there." Heh, heh. Yeah, well I knew I would have BIG hunger at lunch today, and I wanted to make sure I had enough fuel in my body to start my Half Marathon training this evening with a 4 mile run.
I also had apple slices with peanutbutter smeared on them - one of my favs...
and a one of my Super Cookies!
Afternoon snack was a big banana, and a Kashi Roasted Almond Crunch granola bar.
Ready for my run - 4 miles!!! I can do it!
