Workout

I really tried to hit my workout hard this evening to make up for my naughty lunch.  I did 40 minutes on the treadmill - run/walk routine, and 10 minutes of resistance training.  3.75 miles logged, and 450 calories burned. 


Vlad hung out by the door while I ran - he usually naps.
