Here are the vitamins I take on a daily basis. I know it's still important though to get most of my nutrients from healthy foods:
- Multi-vitamin for women (extra iron and calcium)
- Vitamin D (for bone health, and improved mood - we don't get a lot of sunshine in the winter here)
- Vitamin E (for extra antioxidents)
- Viactiv Chew (for extra calcium)
